All reservations for Performance Boat Club can be made by calling the hotel directly at
705-259-5001 and quoting you’re with the Performance Boat Club. Group rates are $199.00 per night.
At the time of booking all guests will be required to provide a credit card to confirm their reservation.
We require all reservations to be made directly to the Hotel by July 4th, 2025. After this time any
guestrooms not reserved will be released. Reservations after this time will be based on
availability and rates available, please note the preferred rate will no longer be available.

Friday Night July 10
- 2pm – Boats begin to arrive at Port of Orillia
- 5pm – Driver and Crew check in
- 7pm – Reception at The social Bar and Lounge
Potluck Friday night – Bring your fav dish, salad, desert or something for the grill 7-9 pm
Saturday July 11
- 08:00 am – Driver check in w/ Coffee & Doughnuts
- 09:30 am – Roll call, drivers meeting and safety brief
- 10:30 am – Depart port of Orillia for Atherly narrows
- 11:00 am – Stage at Atherly narrows for departure to check point #1 Lefroy Harbor
- 11:30 am – Depart Lefroy Harbor for Checkpoint # 2Friday Harbor Lunch stop
- 12:00 pm – Lunch at Friday Harbor
- 1:30 pm – Depart Friday Harbor to Checkpoint #3 Heritage Park Barrie
- 2:15 pm – Depart Heritage Park for checkpoint # 4 Big Chief Island
- 3:00 pm – Raft up at Big Chief
- 5:00 pm – Return to Port of Orillia
- 7:00 pm – Auction and Awards Dinner TBA
Total distance of run is approx. 116 miles. Please be sure to start the run with a full tank of fuel. Fuel will be available at Lagoon City Marina.
