When the online form is being completed, there is a “Comment Section” , in that section can they please add Dock C, Poker Run. Once the form is submitted, it automatically goes to the email address parks-trails@gravenhurst.ca, and we will advise each boater with payment instructions to pay by credit card over the phone to our finance department.
*** Please note that if you are traveling to Gravenhurst via Hwy 11, Bay Street will be closed due to road construction from Muskoka Road and Bay St all the way to Steamship Bay Rd. the alternate route is to turn on James St at the Shoppers Drug Mart to Muldrew Lake Rd then across Bay St to Steamship Bay Rd. Alternatively you can travel up the 400 to exit 177 through the Whata reserve Muskoka Rd 38 to 169 at Bala and down to Gravenhurst at Steamship Bay Rd. (see attached map)

- Friday June 14, 2024
- 4:00 pm – Boats begin to arrive and launch at Muskoka Wharf launch and moor on “C” dock
- 7:00 pm – Driver and Crew check in & reception at Boston Pizza Muskoka Wharf
- Saturday, June 15th, 2024
- 7:00 – 9:00 am – Breakfast, launching of boats, Captain’s Check in @ Marriott Residence Inn, Conference Room
- 9:30 am – Mandatory roll call, drivers Meeting and Safety Brief @ Marriott Residence Inn – Main Floor Conference Room
- 10:00 am – Depart Gravenhurst Wharf head to the Lighthouse Narrows (stage just north of the narrows)
- 10:30 am – Depart Lighthouse Narrows for Beaumaris Island & checkpoint #1 tour of Millionaires row
- 11:00 am – Depart Millionaires row for Port Carling
- 11:30 am – Lock through Port Carling into Lake Rosseau (best location for spectators to view boats in the port carling locks)
- 12:30 pm – Depart Port Carling for Port Sandfield (No wake through Port Sanfield as indicated on map.) onto to check point #3 Elsinore Island
- 1:15 pm – Arrive at checkpoint #3 Elsinore Island. Stage and follow Bob Barnhart single file up to his cottage for the lunch stop.
- 2:45 pm – Depart Bobs Cottage onto Port Carling, lock through and return to the Muskoka Wharf
- 4:15 pm – Boats arrive at Muskoka Wharf, run is officially over
- 7:00 pm – Dinner, awards and auction @ Muskoka Discovery Center –(Located adjacent to Marriott Residence Inn.)
Event Fee of $675.00 Includes:
Friday night reception, Event Shirt, breakfast, lunch and auction and awards dinner.
THERE WILL BE TWO CLASSES OF BOATS, A 55MPH CLASS AND OVER 55MPH CLASS.
- Minimum Boat length 18’
- Valid proof of 2m liability insurance required.
- Extra crew fees $150 PER PERSON.
- Additional auction and awards dinners can be purchased for $85 per person
